TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to juliuspo.com (the "Website"). This Website and the strategic advisory services, consulting sessions, and Fractional CMO integrations offered herein (collectively, the "Services") are owned and operated by Julius Po ("we," "us," "our," or "Advisor").

By accessing this Website or booking any Services, you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and refrain from booking any Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION REVIEW

1.1 Enterprise Standards: The Services provided on this Website are designed strictly for established business entities, funded startups, corporate leaders, and professional founders.

1.2 Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to vet, screen, and decline any application submitted for our Fractional CMO or Strategic Advisory tracks at our sole discretion. If an application or booking is declined by the Advisor prior to the commencement of the Service, any fees collected for that specific booking will be fully refunded within standard banking processing windows.

2. FEES, INVOICING, AND RETAINERS

2.1 Initial Advisory: Fees for the 90-Minute Initial Advisory Strategy session must be paid in full upfront through our integrated payment processor at the time of booking to secure a calendar slot.

2.2 Retainers and CMO Services: Long-term consulting tracks and Fractional CMO retainers are secured via formal B2B corporate invoicing upon mutual contract approval and execution. Services will not initiate until the corresponding invoice is cleared.

3. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

3.1 All Sales Are Final: Due to the highly bespoke nature of professional strategic advisory, the immediate exchange of proprietary intellectual property, custom frameworks, and the dedicated personal allocation of the Advisor's calendar blocks, all sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds, partial refunds, or chargeback reversals permitted under any circumstances.

3.2 Acknowledgment: By completing a transaction, booking a session, or executing an invoice payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to request a refund or dispute the transaction with your financial institution based on a change of mind, lack of execution, or project cancellation on your end.

4. OPERATIONAL RHYTHM AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Delivery Constraints: Fractional CMO integrations operate on a strict, predetermined rhythm (e.g., 1 Hour of Focused Daily Executive Sprints, Monday through Friday). The Advisor is not an on-call employee and is not subject to external corporate meeting schedules unless explicitly outlined in a separate written contract.

4.2 Intellectual Property: All frameworks, blueprints, documents, and digital workflows provided by the Advisor during the delivery of the Services remain the proprietary intellectual property of Julius Po. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use these frameworks entirely within their own internal business operations. Reselling, public sharing, or distributing these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Execution Risks: Business growth, market scaling, and marketing funnels inherently involve commercial risk. While the Advisor leverages 25+ years of scaling experience, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue milestones, or investment returns. The final execution of all strategic advice remains the sole responsibility of the Client.

5.2 Maximum Liability: In no event shall Julius Po be liable to the Client for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any breach or claim arising out of these terms shall be strictly limited to the exact financial amount paid by the Client to the Advisor for the specific service tier under dispute.
